The Creative Arts and Leisure Moments (CALM)Curriculum is a guided series of lessons with activities focused on social emotional learning through mindfulness, creativity and social, recreation/leisure type activities

GOALS
The goal of the curriculum is to promote wellness self-care, provide tools to respond to trauma , adverse experiences, reduce anxiety, stress , depression and hostility, promote healthy positive mindsets and attitudes, and increase social emotional wellness

METHODS
The delivery is through music, art, dance movements, drama, meditation and yoga, designed physical and technological recreation and social interactions. The length of each delivery is determined by the goals of the participants
RELEVANCE
This curriculum is relevant to teachers, students school staff in promoting calm classroom and school environments. It is relevant to families and communities in maintaining calm positive home-fronts. It is relevant to businesses in maintaining a stress-free productive working environment. It is relevant to individuals in mindful self-care

The Creative Arts and Leisure Moments (CALM) Program is a guided series of workshops focused on social emotional learning through mindfulness, creativity and social, recreation/leisure type activities

The goal of the program is to promote wellness self-care, provide tools to respond to trauma , adverse experiences, reduce anxiety, stress , depression and hostility, promote healthy positive mindsets and attitudes, and increase social emotional wellness

METHODS
The delivery is through music, art, dance movements, drama, meditation and yoga, designed physical and technological recreation and social interactions. The length of the workshops may go from on hour to one full day according to the needs of the participants and includes a self reflection component.
